From a lunar eclipse to a partial solar eclipse to supermoons, 2021 has been a spectacular 12 months for lunar occasions. But this month marks the 12 months’s last supermoon, with the full “strawberry” moon illuminating the night time sky subsequent week.

The strawberry moon usually marks the last full moon of spring or the first of summer time. It has additionally been referred to as the blooming moon, inexperienced corn moon, hoer moon, start moon, egg laying moon and hatching moon, honey moon and mead moon, The Farmer’s Almanac stated.
