Sunrise’s Sam Mac jets off to Fiji on a romantic getaway with girlfriend Rebecca Brown

Sam Mac and girlfriend Rebecca Brown have jetted off to Fiji, being among the first few to experience the islands as they open up post-border restrictions.

Sam shared to his Instagram story that he was on a private island of Tivua, promoting Visit Fiji.

His story began with an interaction between Sam and a local on the island’s beach.

“My feet are whiter than the sand?” Sam asked.

“Yes they are,” the local said laughing.

“Is that a medical condition?” Sam asked.

“Oh I hope not!” the local said in reply.

Sam then posted a photo of the pair with the caption “unconfirmed reports you can see [my feet] from space” while Rihanna’s Diamond played in the background.

Sam and Rebecca, who were staying at the Sofitel then headed to the spa for facials.

“I’ve never really had all these scrubs and steams and bits and pieces, I’m just naturally stunning and glowing,” Sam said to the masseuse.

Setting the scene, Sam then wrote, “Esther was the lady giving me my massage. I wanted it to be an enjoyable experience for her too, so I started making humorous faces with no explanation…”

The weatherman then began striking funny faces while she was massaging his face.

His story concluded with a video of Sam in the hotel spa sipping on an Aperol Spritz, giving everyone major holiday envy.

“Nah, I’m here for work,” Sam joked before taking a sip of his Aperol Spritz.
