A rogue Porsche driver who was jailed is suffering post-traumatic stress after witnessing the Eastern Freeway crash, according to his lawyer.
Richard Pusey was arrested last month, three weeks after he was released from prison.
He has been charged with two counts of stalking and four of assaulting emergency workers on duty.
On Wednesday, his lawyer told a court he needs medical help and is traumatised after witnessing and filming the crash in April, 2020.
Pusey filming the four police officers as they died and taunted them at the scene on the Eastern Freeway.
His lawyer said he needs treatment for what he saw.
Pusey will return to court next week.
