Malcolm Turnbull savages coronavirus vaccine rollout ‘failure’

Former Liberal prime minister Malcolm Turnbull has lashed the Morrison authorities’s vaccine rollout as an outstanding failure.

“I can’t think of a bigger black-and-white failure of public administration than this.”
