Guy Sebastian’s ex-manager Titus Day pleads not guilty to 61 charges

Celebrity supervisor Titus Day has pleaded not guilty to 61 charges alleging he embezzled greater than $1m from his former consumer, the pop star Guy Sebastian.

Mr Day was arraigned within the NSW District Court on Friday the place he formally entered not guilty pleas to dozens of counts of embezzling as a clerk or servant, associated to alleged misappropriation of money garnered by Mr Sebastian’s work.

Almost a 12 months to the day since being arrested at his Bondi dwelling on July 1, 2020, the 48-year-old appeared in court docket through video hyperlink from lockdown within the japanese suburbs.
