Guelph police bust alleged cocaine trafficker in the Junction

Guelph police say officers seized greater than $14,000 value of cocaine from a house in the metropolis’s Junction neighbourhood.

Officers with the drug unit together with the techniques and rescue unit carried out a search warrant close to Paisley Road and Goldie Avenue at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

The service mentioned the warrant was a results of an investigation into the trafficking of cocaine.

Police mentioned officers discovered over 163 grams of cocaine together with $3,070 in money, a non-functioning rifle, and brass knuckles.

A 22-year-old man was charged with possessing cocaine for the objective of trafficking and two counts of possessing a weapon.
